Make your cut! The left half of the cut moulding is the inside corner left. The right side of the moulding is the outside corner right.
Flip your moulding so that the ceiling side is now against the fence.
Once again cut your scrap moulding. Test of the joints to ensure a snug fit. Test the joints out by placing the scrap in position on the wall. If you have an acceptable fit begin cutting the stock moulding that you intend to install.
From this point on you have several options. You can iteratively cut scrap, test fit, adjust or if all of the walls have the same general measurements, just accept the small margin of error and cut away.
Once you have cut both ends of your moulding and ensured a satisfactory fit. Install the molding by aligning the base of the molding with your chalk line of reference lines. Nail the molding to the studs. A finish nailer is highly recommended for this project; however, if you going to use a hammer make sure your drill pilot holes in to the molding before installing on the wall.

From this point on the job is pretty straightforward. Of course it takes a little practice and that's what the scrap molding if for. There are a few neat things out there that you should consider getting to help tackle this job.
